SMMS Nonwoven Fabric Production Line

Introduction

The SMMS production line (Spunbond – Meltblown – Meltblown – Spunbond) is a four-layer nonwoven fabric manufacturing system. It embeds two meltblown layers between the spunbond layers. Compared with SMS, SMMS offers higher water resistance, better bacterial barrier, and enhanced durability — ideal for advanced medical products, filtration materials, and high-protection applications.

• Layer structure: S + M + M + S, boosting filtration and protective performance over three-layer SMS

• Flexible GSM range, typically 8–80 g/m² (or more in special configurations)

• Typical machine widths: 1600 mm / 2400 mm / 3200 mm (expandable) 

• High and stable machine speed — up to ~550 m/min in certain configurations
